I can't talk about it unless there's a dog involved, or so Sunshine has decreed. But yeah, Texas gets lighter every day on the 538 map.
    Woof!

Exactly. People who rail against "political correctness" aren't fighting for their right to watch R-rated movies or listen to Louis CK's stand-up.

They're fighting for the "right" to be assholes to others without recrimination.

Trump has 13 economic advisors and six of them are named Steve, Stephen or Steven!?!

At least newsrooms are the last bastion of being able to speak your mind. Deskers have even a lower probability of interacting with minorities, so they might be able to maintain anti-PC for at least another decade.

The op-ed in the Times by the former CIA deputy director saying Trump shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the White House is the clearest signal yet the intelligence/national security community is lined up in Clinton's corner. That's a bad opponent for a candidate to have, even if he has its Russian equivalent in his corner.

I'm not fighting for anything other than for people not to use political correctness as a convenient political shield against reality. There's much more to political correctness than words. I would think that some of the high-level thinkers around here would realize that and not just respond with, "N-word, Durrrrrrr!"
