I remember feeling stupid on my first trip to Maui in 1981. Ran out and bought a couple 6ers of Primo Hawaiian Beer. Read the can and it said, "Brewed by Jos. Schlitz Brewing Co., Van Nuys, Calif.

I went full retard on homebrew tonight:
a Cherry Saison with Brett
a Hard Lemonade Ale
a Lime & Salt Cream Ale
a British Golden Ale
ended with a commercial beer: Schlafly's Pumpkin Ale (it was free, they sent it to me to review...just doing my "job")

 

That's the way to review a beer - with half a load on.
