It was stupid from the start. It was silly that the whole issue hinged on his daughter's college application.

 

Maybe FDR wouldn't have sucked so much if he hadn't always skipped leg day.

 

Nah, I actually thought that part made sense. It's exactly the kind of thing the parents might go ahead and sign without realizing it's technically perjury.

And then, the mother-doctor having signed an (probably unwittingly) falsified medical document, you're off on the merry go round ride with the licensing agencies.

The moral of the story, as with Watergate, it isn't the "crime" itself that kills you, it's the cascade of lies people have to tell to keep it afloat. Eventually some loose end starts unraveling and then you're in the shit.

And, in the end, they never actually nailed Jed Bartlet on any charge of anything, they ended up nailing his wife instead.

 

Well, we're coming off a week where she said "We WILL raise taxes on the middle class!!!! Then she referred to Trump as her "husband." Then used "short circuited" as an excuse for her lie to Chris Wallace. Not a week worthy of the "smartest woman in the world."

 

Nope. Scroll back a page or so. Audio analysis reveals she said no such thing. Quit lying.

As for the rest of it, it's about equivalent to the number of horrifying/slanderous /embarrassing/ disgusting gaffes Fucko makes in any typical three minute time span.
