Good grief, is he trying to torpedo Trump? The Khan stuff is losing battle - especially on a day when Trump was talking about the economy.

 

Exactly. The lawsuit is frivolous. There are plenty of investigations that attest to that.

 

I cut them slack, but not their lawyer.
Not sure if you're familiar with Larry Klayman's history or not, but last month he sued Black Lives Matter, Eric Holder, President Obama, Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan for endangering him as a white man.
He also tried to get President Obama deported once.
And he's sued his own mother.

The suit isn't going anywhere for the following reasons:
(1) Expired statutes of limitation (the intentional tort causes of action have a one-year statute, the negligence predicated claims have a three-year statute)
(2) Failure to state a claim (e.g., under D.C. law negligent inflection of emotional distress requires that the plaintiff was foreseeably in the zone of physical danger -- so what physical danger were Pat Smith and Charles Wood in?)

He probably knows it's a loser, but he does it to get headlines and raise money.

 

That's what you get for speaking ill of Trump, I guess. Mess with the bull, you get the horns.

 

In 1998, Klayman sued his mother for $50,000.
