Just like when he mocked the disabled reporter, he was FULLY in control of what he was saying.

He relishes the role of standing on one side of the chain-link fence with raw steak, teasing an angry barking dog on the other side.

"He’s caused the shutdown of traffic on Fifth Avenue. I’m 100 percent certain the NYPD had better things to do. If Mr. Trump were here he’d be thanking law enforcement for the job they’re doing."
