What are the Constitutional rights of the average person who has never been to America?

 

Well, yeah. Why would we fight and die for a people, and then let them install an oppressive, racist, sectarian regime?

That's not worth it, and goes against our values.

And, of course, it doesn't go against the idea of America to reject prospective immigrants who reject our values, including women and minority rights, democracy, and tolerance for other religions.

It defends everything we stand for.

This isn't about the freedom to worship as you wish.

This has to do with embracing our rights and freedoms.

 

I'm guessing that the answer might depend on whether the person answering believes that Constitutional rights are God-given or granted by the government.
