Giuliani was at the Fire command post in the WTC shortly after the planes hit. He was only blocks away when the towers fell.

Everyone who remained at the command post was killed.

 

@doctorquant has debunked this pretty well here previously, but this just isn't the case.

Democrats are tightly packed in to urban areas. Some districts in NYC vote 99% democrat. How would you spread them out?

There's also the case of creating specific minority majority districts, in order to elect minorities to congress. Those districts have some crazy boundaries.

 

They started their well deserved sinking when they tried to overturn the will of the American voters by impeaching a president for lying about his sex life.
