    Cheating on your spouse has nothing to do with your job, unless your job duties have to do with issues such as cheating on your spouse (a counselor, or a minister who preaches against it, for example.)

    Clinton's bosses, the voters, decided he shouldn't be. They could have given the Republicans a landslide in 1998 and they didn't, anything but. Deplore that if you want to, but that's how it went down.
