True. There are just a couple that really makes you scratch your head, including Texas' southern districts, Illinois' 4th District and North Carolina's districts. Not sure if they even out but gerrymandering is for sure not the whole story.

There are parts of the ACA that are working and parts that need to be fixed. But we've been unable to fix anything because Republicans in Congress will stand for nothing but wiping it out completely, no compromise allowed.

All previous social safety net legislation was refined and fixed in subsequent legislation, but reopening the Affordable Care Act was made impossible by GOP opposition.
