It's not out of bounds in terms of the lawsuit and it wouldn't be out of bounds if it pertained to his job. For Clinton, it didn't pertain to his job.

Let's say someone else subsequently hired Ailes after his ouster, and your friend/wife/sister/daughter sue him for sexual harassment that they say he did at Fox. Is the new employer obligated to fire Ailes?

Age 4? Children are automatically deemed incapable of giving consent.

Harassment is unwanted attention. If sex is consensual, how is that unwanted attention?

Because what we had was fixable. This takes us a lot farther from fixable.

The line of questioning is in bounds during the sexual harassment trial.
The impeachment occurred based on his possible perjury and obstruction of justice during the sexual harassment trial.
Ultimately, he prevailed in the impeachment. I may disagree with the outcome and don't like the outcome, but at least the process unfolded.

I'm simply pointing out that the line of questioning was not out of bounds. It's not a simple issue of sexual behavior being private. There is context that is often ignored by Clinton's defenders, and that context is even more often ignored as we get further and further from the actual events over time.

But the ACA does nothing to bend the cost curve down, because it relies on the same flawed market as the old "system" does. And the other necessary mechanism, the individual mandate, is not working, either.

That may all get sorted out in time, so we'll wait and see. But that also leaves the very real problem of millions of new customers and not nearly enough new providers.
