Dumpf is a galactic class fucking asshole who is utterly reviled by about 60 percent of the electorate (virtually all minorities and virtually all women) and is solidly disliked by about 20 percent more.
He doesn't win a temperament/ personality contest with anybody, even Hitlerry.
