How about we address the Clinton Foundation head on for once?

    1. Has it ever been found doing any illegal activity?
    2. Has it ever been found guilt of fraud?
    3. Have any of the donors ever complained?
    4. Have any of the donations ever been found illegal or fraudulent?

These have been the rules in place since the dawn of the "non-profit" entities in the IRS code.

Why complain after the fact? Wake up people. The minute the foundation is set up as a non-profit we should all understand that this is a possibility, people will donate to it and not 100% or even 10% of the funds will go to what you think/hope it will.

Every single foundation out there has administrative costs.

Are "donations" a proxy for something else? Get real, happens all the time, every day. "Hey, don't give me anything, go buy a home from my friend/put this firm on retainer/hire this person/joint venture with this company".

The realistic test is not "hey I don't like what I see about what $$ have gone in and what's gone out"; its was it legal?

BTW, where's Trump's Foundation? Criticize the Clinton Foundation, but at least they helped ONE person. Trump? Still waiting.

What a complete load of bullshit. Next you're going to tell us he bears no responsibility for Trump University, either.

Fucko himself says the majority of his personal fortune is based on his "brand." He owns it.

Is that a sister publication of your thesis titled "How it's the Woman's Fault Her Husband Cheated On Her?"

Bad analogy. If your name and face are all over something, you intrinsically have a responsibility.

Perhaps he didn't have a legal responsibility, but he does have an ethical and moral one.

Correct. He claims his "brand" makes up a large part of his net worth.

Of course, we don't know how much.
