So many to choose from. This one just seemed most appropriate.

Fourth quarter of 2000 was negative growth. Look it up.

Some of us are not surprised at all. I know I've been talking about how incredibly unlikeable she is -- even among many of those who you'd think would be her supporters -- for more than a year now. Her 2008 campaign made that fact abundantly clear.

She never personally questioned the president's citizenship. LOL.

Trump is now claiming that it is Clinton who started the birther movement. While it’s true that top Clinton adviser Mark Penn encouraged Clinton in 2008 to go after Obama’s “lack of American roots,” the Clinton campaign did not claim that Obama had not been born in the United States, and Hillary Clinton has never personally questioned the president’s citizenship.

    Boy, that was easy!

New Data Show GDP Fell in 2000's 3rd Quarter

WASHINGTON — The longest economic expansion in U.S. history faltered so much in the summer of 2000 that business output actually contracted for one quarter, the government said Wednesday in releasing a comprehensive revision of the gross domestic product.

Based on new data, the Commerce Department said that the GDP -- the value of the country's total output of goods and services -- shrank at an annual rate of 0.5% in the third quarter of 2000.

Previously, the government had said the GDP had risen at a weak annual rate of 0.6% during that quarter.

The GDP returned to positive territory in the fourth quarter of 2000, rising at an annual rate of 2.1%, before slipping back into negative territory in 2001. The first, second and third quarters of 2001 all experienced falling GDP as the country slogged through its first recession since 1990-91.

The National Bureau of Economic Research, the official arbiter of when recessions begin and end, has determined that the recession began in March 2001 and ended in November of that year.

So you think the third quarter of 2000 and the second quarter of 2001 were created by Bush policies that hadn't taken effect yet?

By that standard, Obama should be held responsible for how the economy was in March of 2009.

    Two things come to mind:

    1) Remember the Mexico trip, when Trump said he never mentioned the wall and said how good things went at the post-meeting newser, then proceeded to rip Mexico and bring up the wall when he was back in the You Ess of Aye? He may change his mind on birtherism after lunch, assuming he has lunch. After all, he told Dr. Oz he's trying to lose weight.

    2) Hotel tour? This is why I think Trump doesn't grasp that being president is a 27/7/365 job where he has to call the shots, not his people. He can't take a week off to close one of his casinos or open a hotel in Kuala Lampur.

This is from June 30. I thought that was the time to exploit this. Now it just looks desperate.
