I was hoping for a slightly more savage beating to celebrate the anniversary of the Shameless extras taking the field at Comiskey.

I am not eating at any high end Baltimore restaurants for the next few days. Bring on food poisoning!

Mariners do not have their hitting shoes on tonight.

Another round of Kershaw vs. Bumgarne turns into Puig vs. Bumgarner.

I want Elias to find out how many teams have been the best in MLB until the All-Star break and the worst in MLB after the break.

I'm thinking the total is one.

MLB Network killing Bochy for pulling Bum too soon. Seven innings, one hit, no walks, 97 pitches and a crappy pen.

    This Dodger fan is happy.

Same on teh Twitterez. Personally, I wonder if Bochy feared headhunting by the Dodgers.

Damn, they've blown 5 leads IN THE 9TH INNING IN SEPT!! Worst experience I can recall in my 50 yrs as a Giant fan. Even when I gave up on Greg Minton and Armando Benitez, it wasn't this bad. Where was Rod Beck/Robb Nenn/Don Robinson when we needed them?

There's a distinct lack of challenge to the Giants bullpen these days, get ahead, then nibble, then have to come in or just miss in the middle. Its not like they're making great pitches low and away and the hitters fight it off.

I guess the Giants have Dino Laurenzi Jr. working for them. Probably explains not going through with the Braun trade.

Then the Dodgers do this. Dogs, if sleeping, let them be.
