This is a scoop, so it takes time to percolate up. But law enforcement officials and charity oversight boards will be asked some uncomfortable questions.

The New York AG is aggressive, too, with political aspirations in the Democratic party.

Because he can walk really far without coughing.

It's interesting because the money did go to charity.

Meanwhile, the Times continues to ignore all stories about Trump's bogus charity because they didn't get there first, so by Times rules, the story doesn't exist. It's a great way to serve your readers, really. Dean Banquet says he'd be willing to go to prison to publish Trump's tax returns, but he can't assign a follow up on Farenthold's badass reporting because: Meh.

They may "prefer" Hillary, but they're really not going to stop all their killing and maiming for several months in a silly effort to tilt the outcome.

Trump is the biggest neocon against terrorists, those that, you know, what to kill us.

Hillary is the biggest neocon against other countries, those that, you know, may have different ideologies or simply don't want to kiss America's butt.

This has long been the case. We used to joke about it in the '80s at the Hartford AP bureau. It was an insult to the Times to be beaten, so they would never run a wire story on anything that happened within 100 miles of NYC. They'd ignore it, then, maybe, match it in a ho-hum follow-up way a week or two later.

Tell me again how he ran a "four corners" in the primary debates. Most of the questions were directed at him and he interrupted when they weren't.

Fascinating story by Nate Cohn at NYT/Upshot. They gave the interview data from their Florida poll to five other pollsters. The results? Five different scores.

He should look into the Clinton Foundation one of these days.

    This is a fair point.

But I am anxious to see the one-on-one dynamic. Is it a win for Trump if he looks poised and refrains from insults, regardless of the substance of his performance?
