What do you want me to say? That's the country we live in now - security is more important than freedom and/or certain Constitutional rights.

We've been ignoring international laws for a long time to not much benefit, so maybe trying something else will help.

I disagree with the idea that he's "subordinating American sovereignty to a body of international bureaucrats," but whatever.

 

The FBI checked him out in 2014.

They also checked out the Boston bomber and the Orlando shooter.

 

So Trump should call out law enforcement -- and specifically the FBI -- for being crappy at their jobs.

Instead, he asked, "How did he get through the system?" which leads the reader to think of the system designed to allow Muslims and other undesirables in the country. Not the law enforcement system.

 

Yeah, intelligence that was five years old.

 

Too many agents looking at the Clinton emails, not enough looking at terrorism. It's Hillary's fault, again.

 

We need to build a huge, portable wall that can be transported among all of the airports at which Muslim American citizens return from their trips to the Middle East.

That'll stop them.
