It was true then, for the most part, and true now. I think Matt Taibbi had some piece about what a cocksucking dickface shithead John McCain actually was, but that's about it. It was required by law that you mention his service to America before criticizing his position on anything.

His running mate was an abomination to humanity, though.

Are you ready for nationwide stop-and-frisk?

He has no idea about the Constitution. Forget the Bill of Rights part, he thinks there's no separation of powers. The concept of federal government escapes him.

Not just libs also Republicans like Nicole Wallace who now treats Trump like the
anti Christ in deference to her beloved Jeb and friends on Morning Schmoe.

There is no separation of powers. The Obama administration threw it out the window years ago.

Separation of powers and federalism are two different concepts.

Obama took over the Legislative and Judicial branches of government? I must have been out that day.

How did stop-and-frisk work in relation to occupants of vehicles? Could NYC cops pull over random cars and search the drivers and passengers and interior of the car? Because out here in flyover country, you aren't going to have many pedestrians to grab.

Don't forget the powers of all state and local governments. Honestly, whenever the government does something right wingers don't like, it's tyranny. Bush did a lot of things I didn't like, but I didn't think he was a tyrant, just a bad President. Isn't that condemnation enough for you guys? Chronic overstatement leads people to ignore you, then avoid you. Whole lesson of Bayless's career.
