    I'm going to need to re-read the constitution and find the part where asserting your fifth amendment rights means you're guilty of a crime.

    Why would they need to offer immunity unless someone was refusing to answer questions in the first place? The FBI or other law enforcement doesn't go to someone and say, "Hey, we're offering immunity" before ever asking the questions, do they? If so, why would they do that?

    I didn't say it does. But it sure looks like it does. And for a candidate who already has trust issues, that's not a good look.

    In this case, there was legit confusion over what was marked classified, what was known, whether it was a crime or not, if your received an email that might have been classified.

    If I'm a staffer and offered immunity, I take it. If I am the feds, I offer it like candy if I am trying to nab Hillary or whomever.
