Yes. It's so obvious that's the plan, because of all the territorial gains (NONE*) Russia has made since Putin took control 16 years ago.

Funny thing is, 16 years from today people will STILL be spouting these same fears. Even after none of this comes to pass.

*Crimea doesn't count, as it was solely a reaction to the U.S./NATO-led coup of Ukraine.
