Either way, you must now wear it forever. ;)

At least in my case, the story was true.

If "used right," I'll bet it's not unconstitutional.

The way it WAS used, it often equated race with probable cause. Unconstitutional.

Google is your friend. Just not at work in this case.

This already went through the ringer here.

But a USA TODAY NETWORK analysis found he has been involved in more than 3,500 lawsuits over the past three decades — and a large number of those involve ordinary Americans, like the Friels, who say Trump or his companies have refused to pay them.

Does that say he or his companies were the defendant in 3,500 lawsuits?

I know precisely what I was talking about, asshole.

The managers made it clear no part time workers would be allowed to amass hour totals in any increments which would enable them to claim full-time employment status, because if they did the company would be required by law to offer them health care benefits.

Which is precisely the right wing bitch against Obungocare -- as if this never occurred before the Mooslim Neegro arrived on the scene. At that time St. Ronald was in the WH and Barack was chilling out with the Choom Gang in high school.

Right. Which is not what Holt said in the debate, when he attempted to "fact check" Trump.

Required by federal law? Or by union contract?

    a. What's not true? Please let it be that Trump isn't really the GOP nominee.

    Dos. Lawyers made money.

Holt said it was ruled unconstitutional in New York. Which it was. Trump then said the judge was then removed from the case, which she was, but the decision was never overturned. Trump then said the appeal was dropped, which it was. Holt then said there was an argument that it was racial profiling, which there was.

    What did Holt miss?

If you'd owned up to the mistake, you'd have gotten a different reaction to your telenovela post.
