He was depressed because his wife and kids had left him and he was drinking heavily.

    How did he lie?

He did settle without an admission of guilt.

And, the Post's own "fact check" mentions the suit against the much bigger LeFrak organization.

    Jesus. Seriously?

It wasn't "a lawsuit against many real estate firms." It was titled United States of America v. Fred C. Trump, Donald Trump and Trump Management, Inc.

Still waiting for comment on how Lester Holt botched his fact check, too.

Yup and done under the same legal bankruptcy law that Trump used

Aw, hell no. Just factoring for scale and proportionality, I'm imagining even half a dozen suits wouldn't be great.

They weren't the only defendant in this lawsuit, but the Justice Department brought similar lawsuits against other real estate firms, including the much larger LeFrak Organization.

    I acknowledged the error.

Funny that you want to argue that he was the defendant in only half of those lawsuits, yet you want to include cases in which he was the plaintiff as "wins." Nice try.

In 379 of the 450 cases he won he was the plaintiff against gamblers who didn't pay their debts. So, of the 2,411 lawsuits that did not include gamblers, he won a grand total of 71. But hey, he's a winner ... 3 percent of the time!

Of the 500 cases that were dismissed, he was the plaintiff in 153 of them. Nice try to slip that by as if 500 lawsuits against him were dismissed.

    For Trump?

He's incorporated over 500 businesses. He's been in business for more than 30 years.

700 of the cases were slip and fall cases.
