You may be right about this; however, there is no previous evidence to support any notion that this hoping that Trump becomes something he's never been in 69 previous years is a legitimate one to hold dear.

There are two more debates and Trump might improve if he puts in the work. But anyone who saw that debate cannot honestly say he did well.

It seems like any one of us in one hour with The Google could vastly improve his answers on his signature issue, trade. It's hard to believe he hasn't improved it beyond the surface level b.s. he spews.

 

Trump was also not asked about the wall, and if we are a) ceding part of Texas to Mexico, b) annexing part of Mexico, or c) building the wall right down the middle of the Rio Grande.
