    I'd wager it's not. Caps a very bad week for him. Here's hoping for another five bad weeks so this charade can end.

    Rich people in general don't pay much taxes because they have special rules. This has nothing to do with Trump but illustrates the feudal economic system we live under. If you were a professional poker player for example, and had a bad year you could not use that loss to write off your taxes for 18 years, only the current year. A rich person who gambles in real estate and casinos gets a much better deal.
