So the GOP has gone from nominating a Mormon who used his business acumen to turn billions in profit, and yet still got his clock cleaned on Election Day, to a thrice-married Cheeto Jesus who brags about losing a billion dollars in just one year?

    Nice job, Republicans.

Trump did his taxes without advice. He's that smart

Trump loses almost a billion dollars and gets to deduct that much from his taxes, with the result that he pays no federal taxes for eighteen years... and he still wants tax cuts for the 1%?

That's a very bad look, and I have to figure that HRC will beat him over the head with it.

Casinos aren't the profit machine people think they are. Casinos have opened throughout the East and Midwest, and some of those are struggling.

It wasn't a judgment. They're rooted in misery.

Weren't you the one repeating over and over that the amount of the losses is the only thing new in this report? Also, Trump was the one who chose to wear his avoidance of paying taxes as a badge of honor. Now he gets to deal with the consequences of his ego.

Trump also gets flustered when you question his business acumen. Fair or not, this kind of attack gets to him.

Any stupid fuck who loses money on a casino ought to be flogged. A license to print money.

During the same speech, per teh Twitterez, he said if elected he'd had his companies over to his kids to run in a blind trust so he could devote his full energy to the office.

    1) He's making a point out of doing something he'd have to do anyway?
    2) If so, why is he delegating so much responsibility to his people?

I honestly don't think the POTUS is required to do that. Like releasing tax returns, it's just a tradition. I think.

But how can you call it a blind trust if your kids are running it? Does anybody really think Trump won't tip his kids about profit opportunities related to inside the Oval Office info?

Not for a freaking second. Of course he will. This has Halliburton war profiteering written all over it.
