Very disappointing, 1-2 in title games now.
This year, I think my win total was higher than my actual team stats would indicate, but it's still disappointing.
My other loss in 2013, which was also to the Hots, I thought I had the best team.

Three championship appearances in four years is nice, but losing stings.

Congrats to the Hots.

Somebody tell Earth the results.

 

I got a text from 21 last night. She and Boom were on the way to airport. Heading to
South Beach to celebrate The Hots victory. Both her and Boom were very complementary
of the WKBT's and their manager. It was bittersweet in that their season long MVP Danny Murphy
was no longer part of the team. It was clear that Murph was not going to play again in regular season
and the Hots had to make a hard decision to dump him.

It was a fun league to follow. A finish down to the wire.

 

The Hots are a top class outfit. It is no surprise that they have complimentary things to say about their opponent.

It was a great season, very competitive. Although the final score didn't show it, the championship was very close with most categories contested well into the afternoon/evening Sunday.

The NIAFL is a great league, and I'm glad to be part of it.

Now, when do pitchers and catchers report?

 

Soon as that guy starts staring out the window.

In the Great 3/4 Tie of 2016, the Xanadodgers ended up taking 3rd. Would love to know what the deciding tiebreaker was.

I didn't notice, I was busy winning the Consolation Championship. Yay, me. Whatever.

Looking forward to next spring.

 

Riding a 5-week win streak. Minutes before kickoff, Trouser Buddah convinced me to start Stafford, who scored 29 points. I sat Carr, who scored just 6.

That was basically the difference.
