Researcher: The average radio listener listens for eighteen minutes a day. The average Howard Stern fan listens for - are you ready for this? - an hour and twenty minutes.
    Kenny: How could this be?
Researcher: Answer most commonly given: "I want to see what he'll say next."
Kenny: : All right, fine. But what about the people who hate Stern?
Researcher: Good point. The average Stern hater listens for two and a half hours a day.
Kenny: : But... if they hate him, why do they listen?
Researcher: Most common answer: "I want to see what he'll say next."

A bit early to start a victory lap:
    http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/03/i...atedCoverage&region=Marginalia&pgtype=article

"The whole experience has left me eager to share a bit of advice with my fellow reporters: Check your mailboxes. Especially nowadays, when people are worried that anything sent by email will leave forensic fingerprints, “snail mail” is a great way to communicate with us anonymously."

Who knew, who knew, that the dearth of good investigative journalism was partly due to reporters
not regularly checking their mail boxes. Everyone waiting around for Asange to do the heavy lifting.

Yet again, the guy who "tells it like it is!" has to have people explain "what he actually meant."

I don't think he did, either. In fact, except in rare instances, I'm not going to try to parse the words of Trump. He's an inarticulate meathead. But it's funny that the inarticulate meathead has marketed himself as a "straight shooter" who "tells it like it is" when, most of the time, he can't express a coherent thought.
