Yet again, the guy who "tells it like it is!" has to have people explain "what he actually meant."

That's exactly what he implied.

 

I don't think he did, either. In fact, except in rare instances, I'm not going to try to parse the words of Trump. He's an inarticulate meathead. But it's funny that the inarticulate meathead has marketed himself as a "straight shooter" who "tells it like it is" when, most of the time, he can't express a coherent thought.
