Unless you run in evangelical circles you probably don't know who Beth Moore is, but she is hugely influential among churchgoing women. Holds weekend ministry conferences in basketball arenas across the country. And she is decidedly upset with The Donald.

This might be my favorite moment of the election, thus far.

Can we fast-forward to Nov. 9?

I'm far from hard-core liberal. Or dyed-in-the-wool conservative. I fluctuate, mostly, with a lean one way on gut feel. I've got a hard-core liberal sister. My parents are to the right. My brothers lean to the right. Another sister has been pushing for Gary Johnson over these two ass hats for nearly a year.

This entire election cycle has been deplorable, embarrassing and an outright joke. Neither one of these idiots should be left standing this close to the election, but comments like this make me sick. And there has been a lot of crass crap flown around on this thread -- from both sides, and you know who you are -- that have made me sick.

I was with my family this weekend. Great times, a surprise 70th birthday for my dad. And naturally, there was some talk about politics. Not a lot because of the cesspool of it, and because we're all over the place, though we watched most of the debate and almost universally left shaking our heads.

I'm proud of my liberal sister even though I don't come close to agreeing with her. In fact, so proud that she was a Bernie Sis that she's likely not voting Hillary based on principle. And she's strong on her own.

I'm proud of my mom for not committing to Trump just because he has an R by his name and she thinks Hillary is the devil walking the Earth. Because she's horrified and disgusted with his crap. And she's strong on her own.

I'm proud of my sister because she's seeking an alternative to either one of these "choices" so she's seeking an alternative. And she's strong on her own.

My mind has been made up for a year if it came down to these two. It's an easy choice, based on my beliefs and my principles.

And the multiple comments by you and your ilk-- from both sides -- have only polluted what once was a civil discourse. Instead, it's divide and conquer. And demean. This is exhibit 1A.

My support for Ted Cruz in the primaries did all that? Really? Who'd have thought it?

He believes they're so strong that has to show how strong they are by stepping in on their behalf. #Irony

That you think this is a line that scores points says some pretty awful things.

It's always fun to show liberals to be exactly what they claim to hate.

It's nice that you have dreams, tony, but the next time you accomplish this would be the first.

Tony, I know you often watch the NYPD Blue re-runs on Audience. In fact, I believe you were the one who posted about them on the site and got me to start watching. Did you happen to catch the episode from Season 1 today? One of the subplots had a detective who thought he was a great practical joker, but really all he was doing was pissing people off. Kelly and Sipowicz try to straighten him out, but he doesn't really get it.

At the end of the episode, he relentlessly verbally abuses a man who came to the precinct to make a complaint and the man left in shame. The detective thought the entire episode was hysterical, but literally everybody is just staring at him in disbelief. At that point, Lt. Fancy asks for his gun and escorts him away to get help.

You just went exactly that route today, tony. You think you had this great, drop-the-mic moment when instead we are all just staring on in disbelief. Moddy tried to play the role of Lt. Fancy, but you still don't get it.

Is that what you think you've done here, Tony?
