Employees pay unemployment insurance. There's no actual line item on their pay stub, but they pay for it nonetheless.

There are employers that do not have to pay UI premiums because the number of claims by former employees is low compared to what the employer paid in. Wonder if wage and/or benefit differences exist. I'll have to look for previous research.

 

Tony, have you heeded Trump's call to sign up to be a poll watcher yet? He knows this election is pre-rigged and needs concerned citizens -- and probably some Russian troops -- to keep suspicious non-American-looking people from voting.

 

I would assume any differences would be very slight -- UI premiums aren't that costly. But they're there.

And, not to defend Big Ben, but folks were snickering that, despite Trump's issues, he still name checked a guy accused of sexual assault.

Well, despite Hillary's issues, she invited a guy accused by multiple women of sexual assault to campaign with her.

Both were accused. Neither were convicted of anything.

But, did a single main stream media outlet remind their audiences about Al Gore's treatment of massage therapists, or question Hillary's decision to campaign with him?

 

Dumpf continually campaigns with a guy who has repeatedly and frequently bragged he fucks his own daughter, a "piece of ass" as he describes her, and has never ever offered even an "i was just kidding" explanation or "you can't possibly believe" denial or excuse for such statements. Tellingly, he has never ever denied it AT ALL.

Oh wait, that guy is him.
