Because some people are not necessarily low-information or low-intellect, and are still trying to figure what they want to do in this crappy election.

Or, if people are low-information/low-intellect, maybe they need more information and more help, and those should be provided to them as a public service, the better for them to make decisions and exercise the voting privileges that they have, just as much as all the more intellectually superior people out there (or, on here) who already think they know everything there is to know about both sides.

Most people are low-information voters. It's too bad there isn't an easy way voters could get information regarding candidates.

You only have 19 more days for Trump to miraculously turn into a decent human, stop appealing to racists and bigots and learn basic information about the issues. Good luck!

Is that supposed to be an excuse for a bias as obvious as the one reflected in those fact-check statistics?

Barack Obama laying the wood to Trump right now in Miami. Epic beatdown.

    "C'mon, man!"

There was no bias. Trump made far more dubious statements that warranted fact checking.

Before OT has to change his pants, note that the actual poll wasn't changed, the expert just noted a different weighting model would yield a result more in line with the other polling.

Trump probably gets fact-checked more because he insists on speaking in absolutes - everything is the greatest thing ever, or the worst thing ever, and everyone is either an absolute angel or the devil incarnate. His deals are the greatest deals ever, and NAFTA (or TPP, or the Iran deal, or whatever the fuck else) is the worst deal ever signed, EVER!

He can't just say, "I respect women," it has to be "no one ever in the history of earth has ever had more respect for women than me!"

He speaks like a first-grader who is just learning about the world. She speaks like someone who has been in public service and the highest levels of government for decades.

Do the math and stop whining.
