IF this turns out to be nothing at all, it's really a problem that Comey made this a public spectacle.

As an aside, this needs to be THE END of idea that the media is all for Clinton and all against Trump. Everyone can STFU whining about the media bias.

 

Complaint was filed WITH the DOJ, not BY the DOJ, by something called "The Democratic Coalition Against Trump."
And that's according to an article from what looks like a political blog that reads like a press release from The Democratic Coalition Against Trump.
