    Of course they have.

The FBI doesn't just routinely review emails.

And, as the FBI Director previously said in response to a claim from Hillary Clinton, the FBI doesn't do "security reviews".

The FBI conducts criminal investigations. That's what they do. They're reviewing these emails as a part of a criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton, and her handling of classified information, that they reopened.

Details are just a buncha bullshit, amirite?

    You're finally a real journalist.

    What are the details Dick?

What's the reason for the review of the newly discovered emails?

What agents are conducting it? Perhaps the same ones who previously took part in the criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton's handling of classified information?

That investigation -- which was criminal in nature -- was closed. It's now open.

    Who's playing semantics?

It is obvious that the women didn't want Trump to kiss them, right?

If Trump is going to win, he's going to need to win one state in a major upset.

    Could be Wisconsin.

Dems are nervous. Feingold is in trouble. Hillary's having to spend money there. Kaine is campaigning there.

    Is Something Happening in Wisconsin?

Dick, what is the FBI conducting, if not a criminal investigation?

    That's what they do.

A case which was closed, is now open.

In what way does that make in unfair to say that the FBI has reopened a criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton's handing of classified documents?

Wisconsin is an important state for both sides. As it gets later and later in the campaign, both sides send candidates to more places and above all spend money in more places because on the morning of Nov. 8, the money in the bank is useless. There hasn't been much public polling of Wisconsin, but I'll bet the Marquette Law poll will have something this week.

How do you think James Comey would answer the question, "Have you reopened a criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton?"

Gonna be a fun final few weeks. On here - and in America.

We have no godblessed idea why he wants to look at these. He didn't tell us. There is an infinite range of possibilities. If there was a murder, for example, and the cops found new evidence, that evidence could implicate just about anybody. Finding it wouldn't necessarily meant they are re-opening a criminal investigation into the prior suspect. You just don't know.

I'm sorry Comey didn't give much detail. But you don't start assigning subtext to what he said, any more then you attribute mindsets to the women Donald Trump said he kissed.

Regardless of what happens here, Americans have to reexamine how we handle "knowing things" about political candidates.
