My real point was Fox seemed to fixate on this "history" of the first WS win at Wriggly since 1945. All of this feel good celebration shots for a game that will either be forgotten Tuesday when the Indians win or overshadowed Wednesday when the Cubs complete a comeback from being down 3-1. Cubs fans can celebrate all they want but Fox made it seem like the World Series ended tonight.

First three innings he was getting so hyped up every time the Cubs hit a fly ball. Only John Sterling's 'It is high it is far, it is caught,' is better.

Those are still tough odds for teams that don't have Mickey Lolich.

So Fox should have turned the cameras off?

Jake Arrieta on the mound to save the season? A potentially huge night for one of our posters.

Can't decide if I want the Cubs to win or lose.

    Fox overhype? Unpossible.

Yes, Fox should have turned the cameras off because that was the only alternative to airing a rendition of Go Cubs Go.

I'm not convinced Arrieta vs Tomlin is an advantage for the Cubs at this point

Easy, Spartan. It's been 108 years since home wins for the Cubs.
