Will the College of Coaches get separate cars or do they all go in one float?

People have said they were watching me closely after the 2002 Series. Of course, we didn't know then what we know now: Another Dusty Baker game.

    Scott freakin' Spezio!!
Felix Rodriguez didn't know how to throw at least one FB on the inside half???!!

I have never really blamed Dusty for 2002; I mean Rodriguez/Nenn (torn shoulder) can't hold lead?

I just don't always love what happens to sports stories when they become crossover news stories. America at large, I'm certain, will think it is a monumental upset that the Chicago Cubs won 103 games and the World Series. In actuality, they took some very deliberate steps to finally compete, taking advantage of the advantages they already had and building upon them by upgrading the ballpark and the front office.

But what fun is that compared to goats, black cats, and Bartman?

Same here. Those were moves that I'd seen him make all season long so I was comfortable with them. Alas, they became part of a pattern.
