Makes perfect sense to me.

Someone close to me fits that. Would describe himself as happy, and by any reasonable standard he is happy. He spends much of his free time reading Breitbart and Instapundit and watching Fox News to make himself angry over stuff he really doesn't give a shit about.

 

Yet he remains happy. Watching Fox News has not impaired his happiness.

 

Well, it makes for an angry happy person. I mean, I get why that seems contradictory, but that's the result.

 

I think that's going to be true whichever side wins. You really think the Democrats are going down quietly if Trump pulls this off?
