    A few counties in Wisconsin haven't reported any results. Plenty of precincts left in Madison.

    Lots of precincts left to count in Detroit and Flint that heavily favor Clinton.

    Oh, he is literally insane, which is why I ask. But the GOP in Congress doesn't seem to really embrace him wholeheartedly, and I am unsure what they actually agree on/could get passed. ACA is a great example, thanks.

    Absolutely zero surprise out here. Michigan? That's a surprise. She'll still pull it out, but it's down to there and Nevada, though RickStain has assured us Nevada is long gone for Trump.

    You are assuming a respect for convention that he does not possess.

    He doesn't need an act of congress to send a preemptive nuclear strike, which he has expressly advocated
