So, under that logic, if you voted for Hillary, you approve of enabling serial abusers of women.

    Congrats.

What major decisions has the Supreme Court recently overturned?

The even larger point is that the Trump Effect has already done a ton of damage. Attacking gays and minorities is OK again now. Gay-bashing is once again socially acceptable thanks to his followers. As a society, we've taken a 40-50 year step backwards because of this.

You don't put Ken Blackwell in charge of domestic policy if you don't plan on taking a swing at gay rights

This kind of silliness is what turns off millions to whatever real concerns you might have.

There's never been a better time to be gay in American history. Acceptance levels are higher than ever. People don't need to remain in the closet for work or social reasons.

Young people have no issue with homosexuality.

Stop crying wolf. It will hurt you, and drive more voters toward candidates like Trump.

Bill Maher actually put it well:

“I know liberals made a big mistake because we attacked your boy [President George W. Bush] like he was the end of the world,” Maher told panelist David Frum, a former speechwriter for Bush. “He wasn’t.”

Maher continued: “And Mitt Romney, we attacked that way. I gave Obama a million dollars, I was so afraid of Mitt Romney. Mitt Romney wouldn’t have changed my life that much, or yours. Or John McCain.”

“They were honorable men who we disagreed with. And we should have kept it that way. So we cried wolf. And that was wrong,” Maher said.

BILL MAHER: Democrats 'made a big mistake' when we 'cried wolf' on other Republicans

You really are going overboard with this. Can you show any actual evidence of all this other than your assumptions based upon Trump winning?

I'm not happy with the result, either, but some people really are going overboard.

Trump won't go after gay marriage. I don't think he could give less of a shit over who screws whom. Even with his VP pick who has a history of being anti-gay, I doubt Trump takes it head on.

The way gay marriage might be in trouble is if he gets to appoint more than the one judge to the SCOTUS. He has promised conservative judges and if we lose say a RBG or the like he will replace her with not a liberal judge. That could open the door for states to start passing laws that get taken up to the court and we may see a Donald Trump stacked court reverse the recent gains. Not saying it will happen even if Trump stacks the court but if gay marrage is in trouble, that's how it happens.

He hasn't but Ken Blackwell in charge of domestic policy. You've got to stop this.
