Dumb play by Cockrell not knowing the play was already out of bounds. Hands the Cowboys 15 yards.

Turns out Kaepernick put together a heck of a Veterans Day game. 20-20.

Hmmm ... think they might have let him score there.

Perhaps. It sure seems like the best outcome for the Steelers. If they stuff Elliott three times, Pittsburgh burns its remaining time outs and still gets the ball with about a minute left. Sure, they need a touchdown now, but I like their chances better with nearly two minutes remaining and two time outs.

Two dubious PI calls will get the Steelers inside the 10. They'll still have to get the final 10 yards on their own.

Part of me wanted to see Dallas kick the XP to make it 30-24 to watch Tomlin struggle at 30-30 with going for one or two.

All right rook ... wanna make sure No. 9 stays on the bench?

Steelers left the Cowboys way too much time, especially with a great kicker. Four missed two-point conversions.

That said, Roethlisberger put together a hell of a drive to give Pittsburgh back the lead. Great job fooling the Cowboys with the fake spike on the touchdown to Brown.

So that's what the parting of the Red Sea looked like.

Roethlisberger is so good on those drives.

What's the record for most combined 2-point attempts in an NFL game?

Yeah, that was pretty sweet. But when they did that I thought, hmmmm, perhaps too early.

How bout them cowboys. Just need one more Steelers loss for that under 10.5 wins to cash out.
