    In a very different way.

Obamacare is constitutional in its current structure, but it is not a right. Congress is free to dispense with it and if the president agrees, it's gone.

Gay marriage was found to be a constitutional right. That can only be undone with an amendment or the court overturning itself.

Trump's version of "cut it out!" At least he said it to the camera.

In the way Trump is using the term, it's settled law. He certainly didn't use the term when asked if he would try to get abortion repealed.

You're correct in that even though both Obamacare and gay marriage were affirmed by the Supreme Court recently, only one is a Constitutional right. But so is abortion. Trump didn't answer a question about that in the same way, which means his answer about gay marriage is bullshit.

You have to consider the possibility he think the Court rules the way the President tells it to. His understanding of basic civics is, uh, let's just say has some gaps.

I'll accept that. He's TRYING to be magnanimous in victory, which doesn't come easy for him. What do you guys think of the WSJ report that Obama plans to spend more time with Trump during the transition? Did they hit it off?

I take from it that Trump has no experience in government, so Obama, for the good of the country, is dedicating time to get this know-nothing fool up to speed. Trump is lucky Obama doesn't just say, "Fuck you. Let Sarah Palin figure it out for you."
