I thought Trump was draining the swamp, not wallowing in it.

 

Trump hasn't drained a swamp since the last time he went down on Marla Maples.

Actually, it is absolutely fair to do both. Some of his promises are questionable at best, but failing to keep his campaign promises is yet another example of Trump's dishonesty.
