Biden's market rate is for a cottage on his property in Delaware. Trump's is the highly inflated market rate for a Manhattan tower, plus the additional costs for all the extra staff and logistics that will be required to pull off such a demanding mission.

Yes. If you go by President Obama's Chicago home, which he rarely visits, you'll find it being protected by the Secret Service.

The same was true with GWB's Texas ranch and GHWB's Maine compound.
