Defense played terribly. Eked out a 21-point victory.

Care to offer some support for that statement?

The (obvious) point is that DeVos has virtually NO experience in education issues. This helps kids ... how?

Trump is adding politicians to his administration. He sucks!

Trump is adding non-politicians to his administration. He sucks!

See @Riptide's meme before you go all counter-factual on me, sport. Then do a quick Google on the educational background of the guy who was SecEd until last year. While you're at it, check out the educational background of that guy's boss.

Can you imagine the outrage if the Secretary of Defense was as ill-qualified for the job as DeVos?

The problem isn't just that the person didn't go to public school. It's that the person has a history of opposing that method of education.

Supporting other methods does not help states that rely on public education.

Back up and address your badly-constructed strawman, dq. You suggested that the argument was that a person who had not attended public schools or a state college should not be a high-ranking government official. That simply is not true. The argument being made referred to that specific government job.

Once you are done acknowledging your erroneous claim, then perhaps you can offer us something better than "Look what the other guys did!"

Just because the Obama administration made decisions I don't agree with regarding education doesn't excuse potential mistakes by Trump.

I would guess a whole lot of people will be moving out. Who would want to put up with that every day?

Waiting, wondering to see what happens to all those
Trump nameplates across the world on Jan. 20 and beyond.
