Frightened by Donald Trump? You don’t know the half of it

Yes, Donald Trump’s politics are incoherent. But those who surround him know just what they want, and his lack of clarity enhances their power. To understand what is coming, we need to understand who they are. I know all too well, because I have spent the past 15 years fighting them.

Over this time, I have watched as tobacco, coal, oil, chemicals and biotech companies have poured billions of dollars into an international misinformation machine composed of thinktanks, bloggers and fake citizens’ groups. Its purpose is to portray the interests of billionaires as the interests of the common people, to wage war against trade unions and beat down attempts to regulate business and tax the very rich. Now the people who helped run this machine are shaping the government.

George Monbiot was way more entertaining when he tried to carry out that citizens arrest of John Bolton. THAT was interesting. This? Not so much.

If I ever turned to anyone to put anything into any context, it wouldn't be George Monbiot. Although, I am happy for him. In Donald Trump, he now has the perfect boogie man to rail against in the name of [/insert a cause that George Monibiot can lecture the unfeeling masses about].

Will it matter when she quits a couple of years into the Trump administration?

She won't quit. The cabinet secretaries serve at the "pleasure" of the president, their actual duties consist of whatever the president wants them to do, even if those "duties" consist of dancing around the Oval Office in a halter top. So Tundra Tawnee will definitely be kept around for Fucko's "pleasure." To say nothing of her daughters, hubba-hubba!

I suspect George Monbiot would affirm you and your stupid post. Like peas in a pod. I can't imagine that your scorching zinger wouldn't be a hit on his website where he offers a reward to anyone who carries out a citizen's arrest of Tony Blair.

    This is silly.

Trump has picked some experienced people, and some people who have served in D.C., and in big banking, but he's not picking retreads.

So far, only Elaine Chao has served in a previous administration. (Sessions was an USA, but he was a ranking official in the Justice Department.

These aren't retreads. They aren't the same old people. These are people committed to helping to drain the swamp.

Blah, blah, blah. His points are relevant here, unlike your long-winded screechings.
