They could've accomplished it sooner by not letting Dirk Nowitzki hold the franchise hostage. Instead they put all their eggs every year in the basket of landing the Big Free Agent Fish Of The Year.

Apologies to Mr. Gee, but Klay Thompson had 40 in the first half tonight. Warriors lead Pacers 80-50.

 

Klay has 60 with a minute left in the third quarter.

Unfortunately the Warriors are up by 40.

 

I was hoping, but it would have been completely against the Warriors' coach.

Kobe had a reasonably close game going on when he got 81.

 

Looks like 60 was all he got. Man 21 of 33 in 29 minutes is down right insane.

And he didn't even score half of the team's points.

 

And just a reminder, he's the fourth-best player on the Warriors.

1. Stop calling me Mr. Gee unless you're doing it for snark purposes, which would be OK.
