I don't know the penalties in the 29 states and D.C. that have faithless elector laws, as they vary. Wonder, though, how an "originalist" judge would view state attempts to bind electors, since states have leeway in how electors are selected. States do not even have to have an election to determine electors.

 

I'd like to see a two-hour TV movie of Trump, Kanye, Ray Lewis and Colin Cowherd stuck in an elevator.
