How do you manipulate a narcissistic bully with allusions of grandeur? One with no personal ideology and without a moral core. Whose only goal is to be excessively admired, to be the object of obsequious devotion.

You're assuming he's on the way out. I know it's just the tin foil hat side of me, but it feels like they're setting up for something big.
    Right now we're seeing:
    • A push to overturn an election via lawsuits and by flipping the electoral college, just because they don't like the guy who won
    • A concerted effort to cast doubt on that election when there is absolutely no evidence that there was actual hacking or manipulation of vote totals
    • Regular reminders that he won the electoral college but not the popular vote, which should make the whole thing a sham
    • A concerted effort to paint him as "unsuited" for the presidency even though 60 million American voters said otherwise
    • Making leaps in logic from someone leaked or even hacked the DNC's emails to Putin and Trump are sitting at a keyboard together in Moscow hacking everything in sight
    • Using that "unsuited" tag to drive all of the other efforts, straight from the highest levels. The White House press secretary all but came out and called the president-elect a traitor

So what's the end game to all of this? Jan. 20 rolls around and they use the pretext of an investigation into alleged Russian hacking to delay the inauguration? Obama just locks himself in the Oval Office and says he's a better choice than Trump?
This is going way beyond being unhappy with the results of an election. Almost feels like the beginning stages of a coup.

Why not? The election was rigged. Trump said so himself.

It's delusions of grandeur, and in Trump's case, they ain't delusions anymore. Nov. 8 actually happened. A narcissistic, childlike troll will be the most powerful person in the world in little more than a month.

    The Flim Flam Man won.

We bought the ticket, now we take the ride.

I purposely used allusions not delusions for that reason. He has never done anything grande, just loud, pretentious, garish and tacky. He alludes to grandness, but it is merely an affectation, a fascade

Not anymore. Everything he does will have the potential to affect hundreds of millions of people.

That should scare all of us.

I am literally scared. The same feeling I had the evening of September 11

You should bring this up at work. A lot. To your bosses, even.
