I like Watkins, Gabriel, and Sanders or Inman. A lot of noise in Buffalo about Tyrod and I think he's going to have a preItty decent game with a lot of action going towards Watkins. Gabriel hasn't been so much boom or bust. Last four or so weeks he has had at least 14 or so points (ppr)? I'd say that's start worthy.

In my league where I'm the second seed and and playing after last week's bye:
    Carr
    Freeman
    Martin
    Hill
    Gabriel
    Crowder
    Eifert
    Taylor (flex)
    Santos
    KC
    Burfict (def player)

Bench: West (timeshare), Gates, Rudolph, AJ Green, Watkins, Forsett- Basically who do I sub out for either Watkins or Green (100%? - maybe next week if I win?)

Agreed on Hill, think I'm going to lock him in. Now the choice is between Rishard Matthews at KC or Crabtree (with an injured finger) at SD. Matthews has the far better matchup (KC gives up the 2nd most points to WRs, SD allows the ninth fewest), but Crabtree fared OK against SD earlier in the season (3 rec, 47 yds, 1 TD, 13 points).

In my other league, just saw that Julio Jones is out. I quickly added Taylor Gabriel, who might be a strong replacement against that shitball SF defense. Need to fill a WR and Flex spot between:
    Gabriel
    Tyrell Williams vs. OAK
    Cooks at ARI
Jordan Reed (and his injured shoulder) vs. CAR
Ty Montgomery at CHI (with a game temp of single digits that should lend itself to heavy running attack)

I'm thinking Gabriel is going to be a strong play at WR. After that, I'm mostly leaning toward a choice between Williams and Reed as a second TE (I also have Olsen going Monday night). But I could probably be talked into just about anyone. I'm definitely struggling to choose.

OK, I have two teams in the playoffs. On one of them, I have Rishard Matthews, Tyreek Hill, Tyrell Williams, Taylor Gabriel and Terrelle Pryor to fit into three WR spots.

Right now, I have Matthews, Hill and Williams in the lineup, but I agree Gabriel looks like a really good play with Jones out. I'm thinking maybe of playing Gabriel in place of Williams, but Williams has been getting in the end zone pretty consistently for more than a month now, and he's scored double-digit points in six of his past nine games.

In the other league, I have Matthews, Williams, Jamison Crowder, Sammy Watkins, Brandin Cooks and Rob Kelley, with two WR spots and a flex. Right now I'm going with Crowder, Williams and Watkins, but I'm thinking I'd like to have Matthews in there somewhere.

    I hate being indecisive!

Saw the reports Thursday evening that Adrian Peterson was practicing and might play this week. Meant to pick him up off the waiver wire, but forgot about it until Friday night. When I finally went to get him, I saw he'd been claimed that afternoon -- by the guy I'm facing in the playoffs this week.
Hope that one doesn't come back to bite me.

I love my RBs -- McCoy and Blount on one team, Murray and Blount on the other, so I'm not sure I'd play Peterson, but I've toyed with the idea of picking him up just to make sure my opponents don't.

I picked seventh in my draft and there was a run on RBs in the first six picks, so I went with Gronk in the first round and receivers and a QB the next few. I didn't draft a RB, IIRC, until taking Jonathan Stewart in Round 5.
Taking Jonathan Stewart in any round is like sticking your hand over an open flame. Taking him as your RB1 is like dousing your hand with gasoline and then sticking it over an open flame.
Here's my list of RBs I've tried to make do with this season:
    Stewart
    Isaiah Crowell
    T.J. Yeldon
Chris Ivory (cut before Week 1 because of his mystery ailment)
    Mike Gillislee
    Fozzy Whitaker
    Don Jackson
Tim Hightower (was actually a good wire pickup; he's been a productive RB2 the last half of the season)
    Kapri Bibbs

And those are just the guys who actually started a game for me. There were a few others, like Wendell Smallwood and Knile Davis, that were waiver wire pickups and bombed out before they could even get in my lineup.
That is an all-star roster of mediocrity right there.

And the Dolphins make me look good with a blocked punt for a TD.

15 minutes before tonight's game I took out Landry for Ty Montgomery, who looks like a good play with Starks out vs Chicago. I was vocally panicking about the choice and my wife told me to stop being insane and trust my gut. I put Landry back in. Him plus the Miami D has me off to a great start in my semifinal.

    Question for the board:
Two RBs, I have Ware, Rob Kelley, Gore, Montgomery and Tevin Coleman. I can find reasons to start or bench any of them. Really like Montgomery, sorta like Kelley. Ware scares me bc Tennessee's Run D has been so good, Gore doesn't have a high ceiling but does have a high floor vs Min, and I feel like Coleman has the highest ceiling but lowest floor vs SF. thoughts?

    2) At WR, I have Watkins and Jordan Matthews. Not playing Montgomery over either of those, right?

Is it still going to be snowing its ass off in KC tomorrow?

That's 21 -- count 'em, 21 -- big points from the Miami defense.
