Oh joy. Zag is stalking me again.

The Steelers' MVP candidate is Bell, but Brady, Carr and Rodgers are all better options.

    Why does that matter?

I look at Tom Brady and what he is doing with that team that let's face it, is really devoid of playmakers especially without Gronk. And yet he is still leading them to wins.

It's Brady or Rodgers, nobody else is close.

That and VORQ would make him unbeatable!

Carr has struggled down the stretch -- understandable because of the hand, but a factor nonetheless.

I think it's Rodgers if the Packers win out to take the division, otherwise Brady, with Carr a bit behind.

Yeah, he looked really good against Tampa Bay. But Elliott and the running game is what really makes that team go.

Elliott has a lot to do with it, too. I didn't see Darren McFadden hurdling guys downfield and breaking off the kinds of runs Elliott is making.

As Jason Garrett has said many times, "The running back matters."

Elliott is terrific. But that offensive line ought to be co-MVPs. They just didn't help him. Tough to imagine Prescott being nearly as good without them.
