Gosh, you guys are so much deeper into beer than I'll ever be. Right now, it's Jameson's left over from my Saturday dinner party because the guest brought Redbreast and we finished that. Also, with my daughter here, we're drinking wine -- although in fairness, I must point out she requested American beer in the fridge, Jack's Abbey to be specific.

The Founders Centennial IPA has always been among my favorites.

    It's 'Abby', the head brewer's wife's name.

  9. You chewing it? ;)

I like Dark beer ... but that one is a bit too much for me.

  10. I'll give that a try.
The grocery store here has been running a Founder's All Day Session IPA 15 pack special for $15.99.
About a buck a beer? Yes, please!

Can't crush it like a miller lite during summer softball, but it is very smooth. It is also good for breakfast. KBS is even better, luckily was able to split a case with a buddy this year. Like stouts, porters, quads, mostly in that order.

The All Day IPA is a great deal, that and Lagunitas Hop Stoopid usually are the best deals among craft beers in NY. NJ. One place nearby in the summer usually has bombers of Hop Stoopid for 3.99, shit that's only $1 more than a Colt 45 or OE. Have you had 60 minute IPA in cans? it seems like Dogfish saw how successful All Day IPA was and decided to follow.

The Trader Joe's in our town re-opened after the roof collapsed early in the year, so I stopped by and picked up some of their wine (we have one of their two stores in NJ which can sell alcohol). Drinking the Grand Meriage, which was a steal in year's past for $12.99, but is drinking kind of meh tonight.
