That poor gal is just anxious about the economy and tired of career politicians in Washington.

It's possible we could retroactively lose the Cold War in a matter of a few months in 2017.

    I condemn!!!

Of course I do. I would hope that would be understood.

It's the left that constantly want our side to condemn every action someone takes, but never thinks the same rules should apply to them.

    This is particularly easy.

The media and the left are so flummoxed by Trump that they reflexively criticize everything he does. Some lefty even noticed that Putin had tweeted something similar, and concludes that Trump was acting in coordination with Putin.

That's the dumbest take I've ever heard.

He was standing up to Putin -- but that doesn't fit the narrative, so the media didn't even consider it.

He was telling Putin that if he upgraded his nukes, we would match him, which would be a disincentive for Putin to follow through with his plan.

We can, and will, match Russia dollar for dollar if he wants to up his nuclear capacity. That's been our policy forever.

Matching Russia is not in our best interest. We are very far ahead and Mutual Assured Destrction is firmly in place. We need not react to every move by Russia. They are doing it to provoke a reaction in order to give cause for Russia to reaquire Georgia Ukraine and the Baltic States.

And foreign policy by tweet is a debasement of the nation.

    I know you do.

But, we have working lefty journalists at Slate and the Guardian defending the idea that yelling at her on an airplane is no big deal.

College professors think it's cool too.

This doesn't happen the other way around.

It was a relaxing time for all when that was going on before.

I swear, some of you never spent any time on a playground as a kid.

When you stand up to a bully, you rarely have to fight. That's what Trump is doing, which makes it less likely that Putin bothers to go ahead with his own plan.

The alternative, which has been the Obama way, to just try and protect your face, while accepting your beating, hasn't worked out very well.
